Connect2

We offer residential service for learners aged 19 to 25 with complex epilepsy or other neurological condition and/or Severe to Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities.

The service is called Connect2 and is a high quality, high support social care option for young adults with complex needs. We hope it will connect young people with their local community and provide a range of stimulating activities. It would be funded by social care and/or health budgets.
