Five students from the sensory group have been participating in work experience at the church of St Peter and St Paul in Lingfield since the start of the year.
The students are learning skills to dust and polish, sweep and clean windows.
Two of the students are taking part in the Duke of Edinburgh scheme and their achievements in the church will be put towards the Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award.
